Speaking & Consulting
Translating mindset science into practice
I speak and consult with organizations who want to translate mindset science into the work they're already doing, whether that's preparing athletes to perform under pressure, supporting educator and clinician well-being, building healthier workplace cultures, or designing interventions that scale. While I specialize in holistic interventions and training, I also give talks and workshops for teaching and learning. My work bridges rigorous research with extensive applied training experience, and because teaching and learning take many forms, I use each opportunity to learn and to personalize the development for everyone involved.
Talk & workshop topics
The Science of Mindset Regulation
How mindsets work, why most interventions fade, and what metacognitive research says about making change stick.
Mindsets, Well-being, and Performance
How the beliefs we hold about stress, the body, and our own potential shape well-being and performance, and how to shift them.
Harnessing Stress Mindset and Well-being with Awareness
Using awareness practices to work with stress rather than against it, turning pressure into a resource for well-being and performance.
